Actually, genuinely as-budget-as-I-can-get-it Kess storm deck. None of that $800 'budget' BS here! The two wincons are the Worldgorger Combo (can be part of a Doomsday pile), or just storming out with Kess or Past in Flames. For additional unfriendliness, there's a Twin combo to win in a pinch. The deck is capable of taking out one player in a storm turn, so a good way to go about this is to let everyone kill each other, and then beating the winner with a storm sequence.

The main issue is making the combo more resilient to interaction and speeding up the combo. Any budget options to make the combo unstoppable is appreciated.
