A budget commander deck revolved around lots of pingers and lots of ways to abuse them from Curiosity to Basilisk Collar to Charisma. Throw in some things to untap them and plenty of draw power and we have ourselves a super fun and super cheap commander deck.

The price is inflated here because we allow proxied dual lands to allow for multi-color decks to be on budget without having a totally neutered land base
