The goal is to pressure down your opponent with the aggresive flyers together with the tribal pirate/flyer buff. To enforce the pressure there is quite some disruption in the shape of Harsh Scrutiny, Kitesail Freebooter and Deadeye Tracker. You can protect your board with the dirsuption and the new AMAZING card: Siren Stormtamer. Once you have the board you'll snowball with cards like Stormfleet Aerialist , Skyship Plunderer and Favorable Winds. For the final pushes Dreamcaller Siren does great work.
I made a slightly different version that uses stuff like Unsummon, Chart A Course and Lookout Dispersal . It is probably a bit better against the dino decks.
