This is a counter themed deck.

The commander (Vorel of the Hull Clade) taps to activate his ability, so, to deal with that, i've included Aphetto Alchemist and Chakram Retriever.

One of the wincons is just beating the other players to death. The other is Simic Ascendancy.

Creatures, of course, use +1/+1 counters. to put that into them, we use Death's Presence, Roalesk, Apex Hybrid, Combine Guildmage, Master Biomancer, Renata, Called to the Hunt, Zameck Guildmage, Hydra's Growth, Jiang Yanggu, Wildcrafter,Forge of Heroes, Guildmages' Forum, Novijen, Heart of Progress, Opal Palace, Biogenic Upgrade, Give / Take and Strength of the Tajuru. There's also creatures that put counters in themselves: Arcbound Crusher, Domesticated Hydra, Fathom Mage, Forgotten Ancient, Hydra Broodmaster, Managorger Hydra, Peema Outrider, Scute Mob.

There are also artifacts that use charge counters, and some lands that use some random counters. These are:Hollow Trees, Mage-Ring Network, Rushwood Grove, Saprazzan Cove, Astral Cornucopia and Magistrate's Scepter. Oh, i almost forgot about Simic Ascendancy.

You know what Proliferate does. Thrummingbird, Roalesk, Apex Hybrid, Karn's Bastion, Tezzeret's Gambit and Contagion Clasp provide it.

Herald of Secret Streams, Skatewing Spy and Zegana, Utopian Speaker add even more value to the +1/+1 counters, as the creatures with them now have Flying, Trample and are unable to be blocked.
