this deck is the definition of my standard career, it was never good and and when i do decide to play it is just about to lose its best card Gideon, Ally of Zendikar the only reason the deck was good.
now we just have to hope for the next best thing Angel of Invention to work. the best card in this deck is Sram's Expertise this card turn for is like half of a Gideon and half of a Gideon is still broken so, nice.
the deck is all about an early turn 5-6 great board state then you get board wiped and die. that's about the the deck if they don't deal with the turn 5-6 threat than you die and die fast.
the main way to get that turn 5 or 6 army is Sram's Expertise into hopefully Master Trinketeer then turn 5 drop the Angel of Invention and swing in with a bunch of 3-4 power servos.
the only saving grace against control is a well timed Hope of Ghirapur this stop there entire deck for a turn or in other terms they cant Sweltering Suns, and he is a thopter so he still get the Master Trinketeer buff.
get the servos from, well everything, Angel of Invention, Sram's Expertise, Servo Exhibition, Weaponcraft Enthusiast.
for an all in swing you also have the Shefet Dunes for that extra power.
all the other buffs are also there, you know, Angel of Invention, Metallic Mimic, Master Trinketeer and of course as i said, Shefet Dunes.
i mean you got the Anointed Procession, yeah, its cool. the only reason i only have 2 is this deck is as i said not very effective after turn 5-6.
the Anointer Priest is to make up for some life loss from Spire of Industry and Shefet Dunes and it is just a wall and good life gain.
this deck is by no means competitive, if you want to play tokens and win just play zombies. they do everything you do but better.
it does not even take a board wipe to slow you down immensely by killing the Angel of Invention. so this deck will only even be close to good when the old sets rotate out. but even then there is still
Hour of Devastation
and the new walk the plank aka new Grasp of Darkness.
