This is the first deck I've built by myself,and I'm trying to keep the cost low, any feedback is welcome. Its based around -1 counters and recursion as much as possible. Just draw up fast enough, and keep their field clear.

Please note that I have not yet acquired all of the cards listed, so it will likely see very little testing until it is finalized. After which minor adjustments will be made.
