This version of The Scarab God focuses on Zombie Tribal. It does splash a bit of mill as well. The strategy is to mill your opponents and use Scarab God to reanimate their creatures with ETB effects to help advance your army.

There are tricks to double your upkeep so SG can use his ability twice per turn. Lots of Zombie synergy. Nothing stays dead for long.
