An EDH designed to be quick.

Opening Hand: AT least 3 plains and a rebel cards with a CMC of 2 or less, so you have something out.

Turn 3 you should have Sivvi out, then start tutoring for other rebels that can tutor. With any luck, you should have at least 10 creatures by turn 8/9.

Most of the creatures cost 2/3 CMC, so you can tutor for several a turn. Think about getting Defiant Falcon out early, and Reveille Squad - then hit them each turn. Intervention Pact and Safe Passage will help you survive, as well as the life gain that is in the deck.

To aid with the creature front, Nomads' Assembly will be very useful quite early on, and the counters will benefit from your buffs, such as Konda's Banner and Honor of the Pure.

The general idea of the deck is to stall for a few turns, then hit them with all you have got - using Lin Sivvi to get them out again, once you have the mana!
