I think if you want the turn three win, (which you really do because past that your opponent can probably find an answer) you would really need the fourth Mardu Ascendancy. Tower Defense is decent, but doesn't outright kill them turn 3. I'm also not sure how important Nylea, God of the Hunt and Hunting Wilds are to this really cool and unique strategy. +1 from me :)

Also, I'm not sure how great of an idea it is to splash blue, but that would give you access to Benthic Infiltrator which seems really good for this deck.

I would rather keep my colors at 3 plus a 4th splash as running a full 5color disrupts my lands to much. The reason I run Nylea, God of the Hunt is for the trample damage as the turn 3 win condition is rare to achieve at best. I more or less have Mardu Ascendancy for the surprise turn 3 or to in general just keep the pressure. As for Hunting Wilds it is linearly better than Ranger's Path and synergies well with my near all forest land set up, not to mention Amulet of Vigor. Part of the proble with this deck is its fragile land set up so ramp is rarely non benifital and hunting wilds at worst offers me a very late game finisher.

I don't run that as it takes up deck real-estate and also it's a bit out of my price point. But your correct it would be a good ltaugh just not a laugh worth $40.

Yeah true. I thought it was $20 but I guess it rose quite a bit

Just curious, what does Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth do in this deck?

It offers the potential to balance my lands better, as I have a fair amount of black utility and other assorted cards that make use of it. The des ion was between a single swamp or urborg... The choice was clear.

I would add Belbe's Armor because it will give +X amount of health and -X amount to the target creature so it fits this deck.

This is a modern deck so I can not use that card in this deck as it is outside of the modern set.

In your turn 3 win description, wouldn't casting the Ascendancy require you to tap the Birds of Paradise? If you drop a third land, it works.

Yes your correct I forgot to denote that in the description. Good catch.

Would there be a way to make the deck cheaper but just as efficient? Cause i dont want to spend much

The cheapest way to convert the deck into a more budget friendly option would be to use a different land set up. But to make the deck run properly you'll need more ramp which slows the deck down a bit. Sadly as a rule the deck is expensive do to the 3color set up and dependence on cards like Doran, the Siege Tower.

I know that I enjoy the deck, it's very fun to play with friends. Although I must admit that it suffers from heavy counter magic, but that's just part of the fun.
