The goal is to create a massive army with Alliance of Arms then control all of it with Insurrection and pump them using Beastmaster Ascension or milling the opponents out with lots of draw power that you can see in the deck. Pretty much you become Senator Palpatine by creating armies and they kill each other while you ultimately win.
