Commander: Tolsimir, Friend to Wolves

This is my second take on a wolf tribal EDH deck. It's more of a token spam type deck but the whole goal is to have it be almost purely wolves. I want the deck to end up actually viable and pretty consistent because my other deck always ended up losing except on the very few occasions when the stars aligned and I got a perfect combo.
