This is a deck where telling a story is more important than optimizing my strategy. Despite that, it synergizes mill and enchantment effects, with some heavy hitters for emergencies. In a nutshell, here's my story:

Jace, Memory Adept is sent to hunt down and kill the legendary octopus Lorthos, the Tidemaker. The creature has been causing the waters to rise (Chronic Flooding, Dreadwaters) and has began producing baby octopi/octupuses like Sealock Monster, Godhunter Octopus, and a mysterious giant octopus (Crush of Tentacles), which are attacking the flooded towns. Armed with his notable spells (Jace's Erasure, Mind Control, etc.) and enchanted objects (Vessel of Paramnesia, Font of Fortunes), Jace collects a ragtag team of human hunters to help him on his journey. He also uses his expertise with enchanting to win over the loyalty of two naiads and a merfolk, who agree to assist with navigating and tracking the monsters. He procures a Treasure Cruise and begins his journey. Whose decks will he encounter along the way to his goal?

The idea is to protect my life and disable enemy threats with my smaller creatures and enemy enchantment auras while I utilize heavy draw to maintain a card advantage. Jace's Erasure and Jace himself, paired with heavy card draw, helps me mill my opponent, as does Thassa's Devourer with my other enchantments. If milling isn't viable against a particular deck, I also have Lorthos and a few other other large octopuses, enchanted by my naiads or soulbonded by my humans, to end the game with sheer force.
