I love the look of both Hellion Gruul commanders, so I designed a deck on them. Since both benefit from a lot of the same cards and strategies, I figured making a single deck where you can swap the commanders would be best, since both work as part of the 99 as well. Thromok lends himself to a much quicker and explosive game, while Ulasht enjoys a slower game until you can get one of the many infinite mana combos off.

Regardless of the commander, this deck thrives off of going wide, and swinging either wide or tall. With quite a few ETB effects and the sac outlets that feed your bigger creatures as well, this deck can have some very explosive turns.

I drew a lot of inspiration from Prossh decks for this list, but also put in a few cards I like for my own twist on it.
