So yeah, Noyan Dar is one of the most fun commanders I've ever played. This was originally a pure blue deck made from spare cards I had sitting around the house, with Thassa as the commander, but when I got Noyan Dar and Narset Transcendent I knew this could be a great thing. Putting Talrand, Sky Summoner in there just makes it better. Best combo I've done so far? Given Eternal Dominion rebound with Noyan Dar on the field.
