I looked up a bunch of synergy cards and managed to figure some combos around Teshar (did this as soon as he was spoiled, because he's a cool looking bird) and figured I may as well try to make a deck around him.

I've found that he can be pretty hard to combo off with if you don't have tutors, etc. The danger here is that you don't do anything significant and die. On the other hand, if you do you pretty much win outright.

There is easily potential to rock out an infinite combo or repeatable combo with Teshar, Ancestor's Apostle but I haven't yet optimised the utilities around them. Probably the best method would be Soul Warden / Aetherflux Reserviour and go from there. Ajani's Pridemate is here to make the most of life gain in the meantime.

If I had the money I would consider investing in a Metallic Mimic and Walking Ballista for a recursion combo with near-infinite/infinite damage.

I would consider this, for the most part, an early development in the deck as there's a lot of filler that could be better utilised. Any suggestions would be appreciated. There's a lot of junk in here that I need to refine

Other options would be infinite mana, infinite energy counters or infinite +1/+1 counters for whatever purposes.

Successes

I have found that this deck can do some very cool things if I get the right pieces into play. For Example: With Kor Skyfisher , Ashnod's Altar and Darksteel Relic I create infinite mana. If I THEN get out Perpetual Timepiece and Aviary Mechanic I can also loop the timepiece by returning it to my hand, playing it with the infinite mana then activating it. This then allows me to pull out anything with cmc 3 or less and go to town finding a wincon or getting so much board value I'm impossible to completely stop.

I really want to get Salvage Scout and a few of the other cards in my maybeboard!
