A very budget Tibor and Lumia deck. The decks price can be brought even lower by dropping Steam Vents and Sulfur Falls. This deck wants to take advantage of our commander's built-in ping, as well as creature who get bigger when we cast spells. Prowess is very good in this deck and as such i've included a few.

if you've got the budget, there are many upgrades to this deck. Things like a better land base, Basilisk Collar, Isochron Scepter, Quietus Spike, Mizzix's Mastery, Reiterate, Keranos, God of Storms, Cyclonic Rift and of course Charisma push the power level (and price) of the deck higher.
