Lightning_Collectors thank you for your upvote and support. mama_tom this is why we put in Unearth just encase Laboratory Maniac gets removed. Every cycling card in here has purpose other than cycling. BTW Laboratory Maniac is put onto the battlefield when you only have 1 card left in your library, also cycling can be done as instant speed so we could respond to that card being casted.

The only reason I wouldn't run this deck is because it dies so easily to disruption. Ancient Grudge sees play in some sideboards, along with Force of Will. That along with the fact that Counterbalance Sensei's Divining Top combo is a thing, and lands has almost unlimited Wastelands if they get lucky. this deck is just too fragile for me. Which I understand is why it probly doesn't see any play, but still.

Now to make a suggestion, You should add in another Fluctuator to make sure you have it every game and can consistently get it on tur two.also as you said adding Lotus Petal would be very good too since it makes it so you can draw into mana. That way if you don't get very lucky and have to play fluctuator turn three, you can also cast lab maniac too

mama_tom If we add more Fluctuator and Lotus Petal it disrupts the combo. We spent at least an hour of play testing and calculated the math for the perfect amount of cards. We also figured that we can have a free mulligan because of that. so we have 2 chances to get Fluctuator in our starting hand. This deck isn't competitive, I know haha its a fun deck that we overhauled from a popular deck to make it better and to add our own little twist to it.

Umm, what happens when you draw the second and third Fluctuators?

fixdoll they are mainly there to get the card out on the field. once you got 1 out then the rest are called dead cards that do nothing for the deck. But we calculated on the max dead cards we need and got it perfect where we can still win on turn 3 more effective. you will loose 6 life no matter what on turn 3 with this deck. so you will always win with 14 life left.

What I meant was how do you keep drawing after you draw those dead cards, though I didn't think about the cards you already had in hand.

You might want Gitaxian Probes in such cases you don't get to keep Fluctuator on board and you need to keep digging, if you have space to fit them in.

the way this deck works is that it will always be a perfect set up if you get a untapped land another land that is red or green and Fluctuator. once you get that you will win turn 3 no matter what. since we have Street Wraith adding g probe will cause too much pain. We calculated this out already and did consider it before but found out it would be better off leaving it be. g probe is almost the same thing as Street Wraith. we use it for card draw when you cant cycle any more cards. It keeps the combo going for short.

you should consider playtesting to see how this deck works. just get what i told you to get in your hand and re read the discription. we made this deck allow a free mulligan because we can still win on turn 3 with only 5 cards in hand. just need Fluctuator Blasted Landscape and Slippery Karst or Smoldering Crater

That's a lot of specific parts for a combo, imo.

its very complicated, it took us a while to get it perfect with the math involved and what not but we figured it out and it works like a charm

Renewed Faith Should work really well replacing Manamorphose while also negating the life loss to 14... Right?

Renewed Faith would not work because we need Manamorphose with the 2 floating mana to cast Laboratory Maniac
