Did you see the name of this deck? The light can heal, or the light can burn! That's definitely true but honestly...

It mostly burns

Summary

Burn is my passion. My first deck I've ever played back in 2010 was budget Mono-Red Burn. Since then, Burn is my favorite archetype forever.

After some metagame breakdown research and Boros Burn testing I decided to go with Naya burn variant.

So if you love Burn as much as I do, you should definitely like this deck, too!

Mainboard

Lightning Bolt I guess I don't need to explain why this card is 4-of. 3 damage to creature or player on instant speed for . The best Burn spell ever printed!
Boros Charm 4 damage on instant speed for . The only disadvantage of this card is that this spell can't target a creature. But 4 damage can finish off your opponent since they usually expect 3-damage-spells.
Other modes are very usable too – don't forget about them!
Searing Blaze Two Lightning Bolts in one card! One for opponent and one for his creature. Don't leave home without 4 copies!
Atarka's Command Great card! One of the reasons to splash . You definitely want to deal 3 damage to your opponent and you have a plenty of options for the second mode. Wanna block opponent's lifegain? – Here you go! Wanna kill tough blocker giving your Monastery Swiftspears and Goblin Guides +1/+1? – Here you go! You can event trigger Landfall without fetch lands! I'll take 4!
Lava Spike This card shows how overpowered Lightning Bolt is. It's sorcery and can't even target a creature but still it's great Burn spell!
Rift Bolt Another version of Lightning Bolt. You can in fact cast it for with 1 turn delay or it can work as a finisher in a late game for
Skullcrack Deal 3 damage to opponent's face and say no to his lifegain in one go
Goblin Guide Best -drop for red deck. 2/2 with haste for is way great not to play it
Eidolon of the Great Revel This guy can block your opponent from casting spells – sweet bit of control. It's like Pyrostatic Pillar with the body that can swing for 2 each turn
Grim Lavamancer Nice card for a late game to make some profit from your graveyard filled with instants, sorceries and fetches
Monastery Swiftspear That's not T1 spell. It's more valuable a bit later once you can use his Prowess casting several -drops when you attack
Arid Mesa /
Bloodstained Mire /
Wooded Foothills
Playing 3 colors in Modern definitely requires to run at least 10 fetch lands to be able to find color you need right now

Sideboard

Deflecting Palm A little surprise for those who run Death's Shadow, other tough creatures or Lashwrithe :)
Destructive Revelry Must-have against Affinity or enchantment-based builds
Path to Exile Another response for Death's Shadow, Eldrazis or Phyrexian Obliterator. Can also help in Dredge matchups
Kor Firewalker For mirror matchups. If your opponent doesn't splash or doesn't run Path to Exile then this guy is undefeatable
Rest in Peace Side it in against Dredge or Jund to disable any graveyard interactions
Searing Blood Searing Blaze's little brother which doesn't require Landfall to be effective in mirror
Rampaging Ferocidon Can be helpful if you expect more lifegain

Any comment and suggestion is very welcome and very appreciated!
