WARNING! Please be advise that this commander deck is what I like to call "A Challenge Deck". To understand what I mean by "A Challenge Deck" you first need to learn the main theme for it. Which is being a lich. Now to see where I'm going with this we need to understand the basic idea of being a lich. A lich is a skeletal, undead creature, whose magical powers can only be matched by its malevolence. The process of becoming a lich is very painful, but those who are powerful enough to become liches willingly undergo it. This is exactly what this deck does to the player who controls it. The First thing you need to know if DARE pick up this deck is the commander is not your real commander. What do I mean by this is Volrath, the Shapestealer even thought can become a lich he is not the real point of the deck, but its he's second Dralnu, Lich Lord. Now you see the first step to winning with this deck aka "becoming all powerful" is to get the real commander out on the field and keeping him there. Their are tutors in the deck to help with that. After that the real fun begins, fun not being enjoyment but fun as in more challenges. This deck other then being lich theme is also a spellslinger deck. Casting spell and giving them flashback to cast them again sometimes for cheaper then their original flashback cost. Also not only do you have the three strongest liches in magic's history on your side, you also can become one yourself with the three enchantments that transform you into a lich. Lich, Lich's Mastery, and Nefarious Lich all transform you into a lich while cards like Lich's Mirror and Lich's Tomb help keep them under control. After turning into a lich successfully either by getting Dralnu, Lich Lord or an enchantment on the field. The last step is winning you can do this by searching for your combos pieces. I would tell you what combos are in this deck but your a future lich so you should be smart enough to figure it out yourself (Evil laugh). Other then that this deck is OK in the budget department and is fun while making you pull your hair out as your friends laugh at your pain then slowing realizing that you just killed them to steal the win like a true lich. If anyone DARE picks up this deck I would like to hear how you did and if you enjoy it. Also I would love to get feedback on any card changes but to be honest most of these cards were chosen for a reason and should be kept in the deck other then the land base. Thank you and good luck!
