First off a bit of a disclaimer/explanation. I am a relatively new player to MTG. My general approach is to find effective decks I see being played and would like to try myself. However, many competitive decks have expensive cards within them. My approach is to try to create versions of these decks but at a much lower budget. I have a personal rule that I will not purchase any card above £2. Cards between £1 to £2 are my grey area and I have to be convinced they are necessary. This leads me to try to find slightly worse but financially more viable versions of cards that will perform the same function in a deck. I hope this approach is one others will benefit from allowing players who need to operate within financial constraints feasible decks.

Well I have to be honest I have started to deviate away somewhat from the above disclaimer as I have got more experienced. Natural creep upwards. This deck does include some over £2 cards. Namely Nissa, Who Shakes the World and March of the Multitudes but both are very useful additions, and the later being vital to how the deck works.

I have tried to exploit some of the convoke mechanics, along with proliferate, which really makes this deck viable. The Incubation druids are good early on to create mana and then dropping a Pledge of Unity or using the tap to convoke and give a +1/+1 counter to everything that is used to convloke a Venerated Loxodon on them so they can tap for 3 mana instead of one and gets the proliferate snowball beginning to roll. Again using convoke to cast Worldsoul Colossus , which again with +1/+1 counters on it makes it ripe to be further grown through proliferate via Evolution Sage or Karn's Bastion if you have to is a really good card which is playable and strong at whatever stage of the game you want to bring it on at. A really nice tactic is to use plenty of mana to play March of the Multitudes , creating several 1/1 soldiers which can then be tapped and used to convoke a Worldsoul Colossus or even used to help convoke another March of the Multitudes it can spiral well out of the range an opponent can deal with very quickly indeed. Pledge of Unity and Venerated Loxodon are to be used to get the +1/+1 counters going for proliferate. Conclave Tribunal for removal. the planeswalkers are there to add some extra bite to this deck, Nissa, Who Shakes the World for the +3/+3 land creatures, which again will benefit from proliferating and its ultimate ability, is lethal if you have an Evoluition Sage out. Each land that enters the battlefield causes you to proliferate! Ajani, the Greathearted gives full value to this deck. vigilance being nice. Life gain for a plus keeps yo in the game and it's -2 of putting +1/+1 counters can again be used to kickstart the proliferate snowball. So in the end you can go wide with tokens from March of the Multiples and go tall with Worldsoul Colossus allowing this deck to be versatile against different play-styles.

And, well heck if nothing else I love the imagery this deck affords. I can just picture the Elven Druids of the forests invoking the land itself to rise up and smite the elves foes!

I have had a lot of success with is and it is very fun to play. I'd really appreciate any suggestions and comments.
