Quickly get out a Phyrexian Crusader , Ichorclaw Myr , or a Plague Stinger on turn one with a Dark Ritual . Then pump up the infect with Vampire's Bite or Virulent Swipe for some quick and nasty poison!
I think this deck is very strong early game, and it can continue to be strong late game as well. Lashwrithe helps to keep my Phyrexian Crusader large while Plague Stinger rain poison from above. At the moment the goal is to do as much damage as possible before your opponent has time to react! A turn two Phyrexian Crusader with a Vampire's Bite or Virulent Swipe is a sure way to speed things up and strike fear into your opponent!
