Sharuum the Hegemon absolutely brings the march of the machines in almost every game she is in. Mana is never hard to come by, between Metalworker, Gilded Lotus, and Mana Vault Sharuum the Hegemonwill tend to have more than enough mana at any stage of the game. Under the assumption you even need to use mana, Sharuum the Hegemon synergizes well with cards like Venser, the Sojourner, Conjurer's Closet, and Deadeye Navigator making anything thrown to the graveyard just a temporary inconvenience.

Sharuum the Hegemon can easily become a wincon by bringing her might in the air and winning from commander damage, but that's not all Sharuum the Hegemon at her disposal. Sharuum the Hegemon takes advantage of the Thopter Foundry + Sword of the Meek combo to get as many Thopters as you can get mana. Combine this with Thopter Foundry to get more thopters and Time Sieve and you can easily get a soft infinite combo of turns with Sharuum the Hegemon bringing the pain each turn. If Sharuum the Hegemon ever finds herself in a bind, there are plenty of artifact tutors like Fabricate, Sphinx Summoner, Enlightened Tutor, Reshape, Tamiyo's Journal, Kuldoth Forgemaster, and more that you will never be able to get out some key artifacts. Combine this with Darksteel Forge, Mycosynth Lattice, Unwinding Clock, and Mycosynth Golem and victory will be inevitable.
