CHANGES MADE TO ORIGINAL DECK LIST-SEE UPDATES BELOW XD
Intro:
HEY!! It's ya boy Genesis26! Guess what type of deck I'm not gonna talk about today!? That's right Mardu. Well, I guess I am but anyway. Back in 2011-13 when I was very active on TappedOut, Mardu was kind of my thing. Then Goblin Rabblemaster , Wingmate Roc and Butcher of the Horde rotated and my TappedOut days did with it. Since then I have not really enjoyed playing the standard meta until now! Here's the thing though I'm on #TeamGrixis now and I'd like some help. Most of the days you'll find me on MTGArena instead of the local card shop so card accessibility is fairly easy. So use your imagination, be insightful and throw me a few Grixis ideas!
Main Idea:
Before explaining the decklist here is the goal of my deck. I'd like to play Grixis different then what every other standard player is doing. The deck is still in the form (in my personal opinion) of mid-range but does some control things to protect planeswalkers. Digressing to the point, the deck is meant to develop card draw with the deck based around NOT NICOL BOLAS (even though that's my guy) but Irencrag Pyromancer The Royal Scions and Clackbridge Troll XD I know, I know but stay with me.
Decklist
Fblthp, the Lost - First of all, the name <_< so this guy is my welcome to the party guy. By that I mean I would love to drop him T2 or T4. T4 is more attractive because of the Irencrag trigger but either one will work.
Irencrag Pyromancer - I am truly convinced that Oprah inspired Wizard to make this card. You get 3 to the face, you get 3 to the face, so on and so forth. This card is triggered by her creature counterparts and some planeswalkers. Also, she got a FAT ASS! She is hard to get rid of unless you're spending mana on a sorcery based card like lava coil or that adventure card murderous rider, I think he is at instant speed though.
Clackbridge Troll - This card reminds me of a Russian man I once met. He was ready to fight from the start. The only way to slow bubba down was to get him to drink and then once all the drinks were gone (goats) he is still ready to fight. Regardless of my situation on T5 unless it involves me dropping Sarkhan for the win this is my card. CB Troll requires you to give me card advantage or take 8 to the face or you waste a nice spell getting rid of him. Regardless, I get some type of advantage. CB Troll is also a trigger for my T3 Oprah.
Chandra's Triumph - Instant speed 3 damage possibly 5 for 2 mana? YES! This is my meta's Lightning Strike She handles majority of knights, geese, faeries (especially that black mythic faerie 3/3 with haste) and some planeswalkers.
Flame Sweep - I like this card here because of it's versatility. For one, geese control, mana bump, aggro control or I can use it on myself on T6 dropping CB Troll's goats and forcing my opponent to sac his own valuable creature or take 8 to the face.
Lava Coil - Right now this is my only idea I have to drop a Questing Beast on T5. The problem is it slows my card progression bc I should be dropping Sarkhan or CB Troll.
Thought Erasure - I am gonna miss this card once the rotation is over :( this is my preferred T2 card with The Lost One going T4. Kind of a staple for Grixis, I'm starting to see.
The Royal Scions - My staple card draw machine, yes I know the discard may not be attractive but there's a little surprise in the works for that. I prefer to discard an instant or sorcery spell-like flame sweep or lava coil as long as I deem I won't need them. Most likely lava coil though.
Karn, the Great Creator
- So remember in the intro I said help me out with your imagination? This is my imagination. So Karn has 3 roles for me; fetch, create (duh) and serve. Karn fetches some pretty nice SB artifacts for me if I'm in trouble with a planeswalker then maybe I slap em with a
Sorcerous Spyglass
, if I'm not in trouble I'll pull
Wishclaw Talisman
to sit for that final turn win-con or if I'm getting stretched thin with a control/mill deck then
The Magic Mirror
is my poison. So remember the instant and sorcery cards the wonder twins made me discard 
Chandra, Fire Artisan - I have a crush on this card. Is she easily replaceable for Narset? Kind of. Chandra helps me with card draw punishes my opponent or planeswalker and serves Sarkhan!
Sarkhan the Masterless - Most of the time my win-con involves Sarkhan. He just sits aboard his dragon waiting for that time to drop em on the opponent.
Nicol Bolas, Dragon-God - A must deal. If my opponent cannot defeat me their next turn they must deal with my boy. Or else I really start controlling the game, serves Sarkhan and another trigger for Oprah!
Liliana, Dreadhorde General - I actually have a crush on Liliana, not the card but the art. Like Wizards has never failed me with Liliana art and I love it. So she helps clear the board but also gives me a board, triggers Oprah (when her zombies die) and serves Sarkhan.
Chandra, Awakened Inferno - She is probably the most hated card in the deck when I'm playing aggro, knights or mono black cat lady decks. If I can get her to ping my opponent twice it's usually game over.

I feel with the right tweaks I can get to mythic this season in MTGArena but I'd like your help. I am not willing to drop Oprah or CB Troll because I'd like to keep the deck built around them. Everything else in my MB and SB is up. One last request. Any idea on how to mana ramp in Grixis?
