The great cycling journey (Into Squee)

(Bi)Cycling was always faster than walking anyway. I mean, look at the speed that guy is going! I'm sure he will be feeling extremely healthy and happy afterwards. Oop, did he get Squee, the Immortal again? Shit, don't let him buy any rope or random toasters anytime soon. Even though he might not be so healthy afterwards, he sure got addicted to cycling. Actually, maybe its better if you stick to walking or using a vehicle. What a Cruel Reality .

Basic idea is to cycle enough to have a good mana base and then use Abandoned Sarcophagus so use them from the graveyard. The fun stuff starts when you have drawn Mastermind's Acquisition and use it to get something at random from the cards in the maybeboard. That shit's hilarious yo. Or get Sundial of the Infinite and think about what the Helvault you are going to do with that. Shits not hilarious anymore. And with all that cycling going on, you'll possibly want some Quest for Ancient Secrets to get that stuff back in the library before you mill yourself to death.

And yes, i know that in tournaments Mastermind's Acquisition can only pick something from a sideboard. But really, are you going into a tournament with this? Jesus lord send me the results if you do. (Naturally you'll have to pick 15 of all those cards in the maybeboard...) I did my little research and unless im being the moron i tend to be "In a casual game, a card you choose from outside the game comes from your personal collection. In a tournament event, a card you choose from outside the game must come from your sideboard. You may look at your sideboard at any time." means you can just pick anything from your collection.

Special condition: the card picked with Mastermind's Acquisition has to be picked at random.

Because why not? Picking exactly what you want doens't lead you to a Glorious End . That's a cowards end. You'll have to stick with Frankie Peanuts for an eternity. Asking yes-and-no questions back and forth. Is that what you want? Or you'll have to contend with having an Alms Collector following you for the rest of your life. The guy's a real Communist man! Or cat. I don't know anymore at this point. (You might even be able to transform your enemies dragons or the like into GOATS with Transmogrifying Wand . Gods damned goats... never gets old)

There are cards that are non U/B/R, but those are meant to be used with Pyramid of the Pantheon (Yes i know there is only one, but i'm pretty sure with all that cycling going on in the background you'll get it at some point)

So. Now you might be confused by the Tower of Calamities that is this deck. It for sure is not meant for competitive games, but i'm sure it will make you have fun times. Or you'll get into the Descent into Madness .

Or you could make your enemies face their Worst Fears . Anyway, as I was saying, it will be fun to play and i'm sure you will get The Big Idea soon enough when you get to trusting the Whims of the Fates for long enough. And if not, i'm 100% sure Frankie Peanuts will take care of the rest.

If you're lucky enough, you might even get a big bad-ass dinosaur like Zetalpa, Primal Dawn . Or, most likely, you'll get Squee, the Immortal . Hey, he's doing his best.

You can also try with some effort to win with the cards in the mainboard. I mean, sometimes they work. But they're kinda boring. And why win with those when you could win with Norin the Wary ? yeah, no reason at all.

You don't have to have all the cards in the maybeboard. I mean, those are just some of the cards i found sniffing around the last 2 days. Think of them as... guidelines.

I probs would have also added Urza, Academy Headmaster but couldn't find the solution to getting 5 different mana at once. If you have some idea how to, please share. Or i'll send Squee, the Immortal after your ass. Yeah, not so tough now, are ya?

Whether to send feedback is up to you. I could always use some new funky cards to add to the deck. with a few exceptions, sadly:

  1. No oldie cards. What i mean by that, is that they look OLD. My playgroup does not accept any of cards like this and are forbidden from entering in this deck. However, you can always make your own version with oldie cards if ya feel like it. Example of an oldie card: Aboshan, Cephalid Emperor You see those edges? yeah, none of those thanks. Compare to non-oldie: Revel in Riches Doesn't look old, yeah?`

  2. Plz no super expensive cards like Karn Liberated or Sword of Fire and Ice . You can always add them to your own decks, but this man right here does not Revel in Riches like you gentleman might be. Say, about 50 Euros on a single card is the max. Anything beyond that is just far too much. No suggesting those, pretty please. Also, I refuse to let Dark Depths go. Over My Dead Bodies .

Oh, and i'm no MTG expert with a monocle and a top hat, so i don't really know if this actually fits in some format or there are some hubs for this, please excuse me for that. What i can do is explain the card choices for the mainboard. Sometime perhaps. Mayhaps. I don't really know, that's a lot of cards and I have things to do.

EDIT 18.8.2018: Added a second Mastermind's Acquisition . Hey, at least the chance to get Squee is lower. Although, knowing my luck I'll still get it 2 times per game.
