Maybeboard

Any suggestions or questions, comment down below.

I made Zacama because I got a Food Chain at GP Vegas, which was originally for Grand Warlord Radha, but it didn't test really well. So, after a little contemplating on not wasting the Food Chain, I asked a friend on what commanders are good with Food Chain that are in Naya and he said Zacama, Primal Calamity. After a little while of getting the extra pieces, I fully built the deck.

The other combo is the combos that the Saffi Eriksdotter deck would use, but with the extra red added in.

It takes around 10 mana for me to do the combo effectively and at that point, I would have something better to do.

1. 3 different activated effects that are all relevant to the board.
2. Can go into the late game with no problem
3. 3 different colors to play around with
4. 9/9 body
1. 9 mana Commander
2. Can be a slow deck
3. Bad when someone controls your commander
4. You have to cast her to get her ETB trigger
5. Without the better tutors or draw power, combos are harder to get

In the early game, I would want to at least set up my land base for the mid to late game while also trying to go for combo with Food Chain or Saffi Eriksdotter as fast as possible.

In the mid game, I would preferably want to get my combos to go off by this point in time. If I cannot get my combos off, I would try to slowly transition my board to the late game with cards.

In the late game, I would want to have my board set up to attrition out my opponents, even casting Zacama, Primal Calamity to help decrease the size of my opponent's board. At this point of time, I would try to reassemble or assemble my combo with things like Regrowth and Eternal Witness.

- Squee, the Immortal ; Food Chain

Combos off with Food Chain and Zacama, Primal Calamity to deal a high amount of damage to my opponents.

Cloudstone Curio and Kinjalli's Caller aren't included because it is a mana intensive and slow combo. It wouldn't be that great to waste all the mana for it to be countered, so the Food Chain combo would be used instead of this combo.

All the Dinosaur stuff aren't included for the sole reason that it would make the deck slow and would be mana intensive to keep it up.

Priest of Titania would only be useful for the extra mana that it would produce, but that would be it. Most of my deck doesn't need that much mana to use, but even if it does, I would need mana of a different color.

Mox Diamond isn't in here, besides budget reasons, because there isn't a easy way of regaining the early game disadvantage. There barely is draw in the deck that would benefit me in the early game and the deck is more geared towards survival throughout the game than always going to fast combo. Also, the land drop is more important than the extra fast mana from Mox Diamond.

Took out Farseek for Three Visits.

Finally was able to get a Three Visits for the deck.

Took out a Forest for Ancient Tomb.

Took out a Forest for High Market

Took out Selesnya Signet and Gruul Signet for Mana Crypt and Natural State.

Got a foil Mana Crypt for my Arcanis the Omnipotent deck, so I transferred the non-foil to this deck.

Took out a Forest for Arid Mesa.

Took out a Forest for Brushland.

Took out a Forest for Dryad Arbor.
