Current rulings:

All decks must be 5 colors.

All decks must have 5 commanders, each being any color combination. The chosen commanders cannot be colorless or have the color identity of all five colors. The commanders combined should represent all 5 colors.

Decks are in 100 card singleton including the commanders.

Up to three commanders from one player can be on the battlefield at once.

When a commander returns to the command zone, there is no additional cost. However, it cannot be cast again until the other four commanders have been cast and returned to the command zone.
