Welcome to the Circus

I have a theory that the key to enjoying magic is not crushing your opponents with ruthless efficiency. If I wanted to do that I would play chess. I wanted to make a deck that turns multiplayer games into a circus for everyone. The beauty of the circus?

You charge admission like a true capitalist

We have so many things in this deck that encourage everyone else to be more proactive, like Rite of the Raging Storm, Cruel Entertainment, and Curse of Opulence. Tapped Out says that Curse of Opulence isn't legal in the casual format, but I think this is because Tapped Out is not a true capitalist.

Some people don't like the circus. What a bunch of losers. This deck also features cards that are supposed to slow down or stop them from swinging on you, like No Mercy, Mirage Mirror, and Meekstone.

Control decks are really hard for you to play against. It's like the government man telling you, "No you can't set up a circus here" or "You have to pay taxes on your capitalism." What a bunch of BS. Use cards like Curse of Opulence and Inquisition of Kozilek on the control players so that everyone else will focus them early.

Once you are finished screwing with everyone, throw down Revel in Riches and use Glorious End to secure that win. You want to amass riches and win your Magic games via the beauty of Capitalism??? I sure do. If you don't have enough treasure somehow, Bontu's Last Reckoning is a cheap way to tell everyone that the circus is closed.

Whats that? You prefer to reject the principles of capitalism? You wrote in Bernie Sanders' name on the 2016 ballot? Well comrade, I have a secret to share with you. I would only share this with a fellow proletariat such as yourself.

Join the revolution Show

Obviously, this deck belongs in the category devoted to the spiciest of memes. If you have some suggestions for how to turn my multiplayer games into complete and utter chaos, please let me know. As always, if you enjoyed the concept of this deck, please hit it with one of those +1s so others might stop by and have a laugh too. Right now, I feel like games with this deck stale out after the rites are played. I feel like it doesn't do enough to encourage chaos around the table. If you have any suggestions, please let me know.

Well holy moley, Wheel of Fortune averages a price of $75. How is someone supposed to pay for that and put their mother through clown college? I've replaced it with Eidolon of the Great Revel for now.
