This is my version of the mono-blue tempo

The deck has two main goals. Firstly you want to use the myriad of counters like Wizard's Retort and Spell Pierce to disrupt the opponent's tempo by not letting them play high value cards or important combo pieces. You should also no be afraid to use your counters to keep your creatures or alive(main duty of Siren Stormtamer ) or counter less valuable cards if you feel like it's the right decision.

Secondly use your air superiority with strong flying creatures such as Tempest Djinn and Pteramander to kill the opponent.

Mist-Cloaked Herald can functions as a perfect target for Curious Obsession as an early game card draw and damage dealer. Merfolk Trickster and Entrancing Melody are your main ways to remove or disrupt creatures that you didn't manage to counter.

The main counter to this deck is mono-red aggro(as it is to many). If you are up against one, try to stretch out the game and survive until the aggro runs out of steam. You'll have some pretty satisfying comebacks
