En guarde!

• Play a "dual-land" first, because you don't need to worry about speed, you're playing midrange.
• Then start casting Defenders. First cast Charlie Cox (as Daredevil), then Krysten Ritter (as Jessica Jones), and then cancel it all and be like, "why you mad, bro?"
• Otherwise, start with your cheapest defenders, then work your way up as you go through the turns and get more mana.
• Try to get Axebane Guardian out early, as he will greatly aide in ramping you ahead of curve.
• Use Opt and Secrets of the Golden City to dig for wincons, such as...
• Doorkeeper can mill your opponent for large chunks of their deck, and having multiple copies out helps enable a quick win-by-mill. But, since you need to mill 53 cards (or less) to win, the alternative is...
• Vent Sentinel can burn your opponent for large chucks of damage. Dealing 20 damage is always easier than milling 60 or so cards, so, there's that.
• Finally, Scuttlegator can be converted from a Defender into one big-ass attacker. Hammer away with your 9/9 beater and fire away with your Ventinel to finish them off. Or vice versa, whatever. I'm not here to play for you. =P
