Mono-Blue ultra-budget faeries, eschewing the pricier Cliques in favor of their nimbler brethren. The deck's goal is to pin down your opponent's plans with tempo plays and counterspelling while killing them with evasive pinpricks. We can also repeatedly bounce faeries back to our hands to re-use ETB effects, dodge removal, and save them from chump-blocks.

This deck started as something I got off reddit but I've modded it a little bit since then, adding in sideboard options from SaffronOlive's budget Faeries list. I'm brand new to Modern so any suggestions would be appreciated, though please try to keep in mind that I'm trying to keep this as budget as possible.
