The idea here is to use the opponents' strengths against them. Artisan of Forms lets you copy their best creature, and Clever Impersonator lets you copy an enchantment or an artifact or planeswalker...anything. But your copy of their creature will be better with Aqueous Form + Hunter's Prowess on an Artisan of Forms that's been sitting around, letting your buffed version of their creature waltz through their defenses while their good creature has summoning sickness. Battlefield Thaumaturge lets you use the buffing spells like Hunter's Prowess and Incremental Growth at lower cost, and lets you tap ALL the opponent's creatures for only one Blue mana with Icy Blast, or rob them of their best creatures for 2 Blue mana with Curse of the Swine. There are so many creatures with great abilities in the meta-game right now that being able to take away the opponent's creatures' abilities by turning them into 2/2 tokens ends up being a good trade since it's a downgrade for them and can often be done for only 2 Blue mana. Sagu Mauler is a great finisher if the game goes long, and Prophet of Kruphix is a personal favorite of mine. For the sideboard, I have 4 Mistcutter Hydras and Quickling to protect my creatures against removal.

Updates Add

I've tuned this quite a bit and am doing some play testing.

I've added 4 Mistcutter Hydra and 3 Quickling to the sideboard. The Mistcutter Hydra is good against Blue or U/B Control decks, and the Quickling is good against either that or Burn decks as a way to protect my creatures. I can hold 2 Blue mana and the Quickling in reserve. If someone is going to remove one of my creatures I can Flash the Quickling and pull that creature back to my hand to be re-cast later, and I get an extra body for my buffs too. This can even save one creature from Crackling Doom, although it'll still cause the Quickling to sacrifice if I only have one creature to begin with. I'll take that trade, though, if it saves a Sagu Mauler from getting sac'ed.

This deck really has trouble against creature removal of any kind, as it can't use it's buffs, etc, without bodies to put them on. So these changes are meant to try to ensure that I can get and keep one or two bodies on the battlefield.
