Based on the wonderful You have been freed of weakness and made compleat, this is one of my current mono-black decks built around the idea of quietly building a devastating mana pool. This is not a fast winning deck, but once it gets going it can cause immeasurable pain and suffering in other players as they watch you destroy the board and are near powerless to recover.

Later in the game the the excessive mana can sometimes leave you top decking, as such card draw ability will become even more important. It might be advisable to hold off running Necropotence until later in the game if possible (my meta tends to blow this card up).
