This deck is yet to be finished because the commander itself (Pashalik Mons from Modern Horizons) has yet to come out. The goal is, like all goblin decks, just to swarm the board with goblins. unlike other goblin decks however, my goal is also to kill those goblins. They die as attackers or blocks or sac effects and Pashalik Mons does 1 damage per goblin killed.

This is also a BUDGET deck, and anything that goes over $4 I already owned before making the deck. Part of the deck is challenging myself and not just buying all the good, high-cost cards I can. Additionally, I want to find cards that are unique and see little play.
