These $10 budget decks are always evolving based on the current market. Apparently a few of the creatures have risen in price, causing the deck to make a minor change yet again. Out comes 4x Incinerate and in comes 4x Magma Spray. It's not bad if you think about it, it clears the board for all your 1/1s, kills Delver as long as you baited out their counters, and gets rid of pesky recurring creatures like Young Wolf.
