This is my baby. A deck that has been with me since i started playing commander. It has gone from being a bad jank pile of chaos and coin flips to a really fast and swingy combo deck that is hated by some and loved by many.

In short you want to get a commander out and start flipping coins for profit. I ahve removed some of the coin flip cards like the Frenetic Efreet because its not really needed, if you pop of from any of the other chain flips youre in position to win even witout it. Lots of Tutor effects for the Thumb and lots of cards that flip coins. Some notable pet combos of mine are the Kappa Cannoneer + Tavern Scoundrel wich with coin flips give two counter everytime i win a flip. Other than that its fairly straightforward with combat damage or Laboratory Maniac as win cons.

If you happen to have some advice as to things to remove and to add it woukld be welcome. especially cards that makes it easier to hit wit Okaun, Eye of Chaos.
