The Blooper sees. The Blooper knows. No one can hide their souls from The Blooper. No one can hide their sins from The Blooper. We are all one and equally exposed by Its gaze. Be covered in The Obscuring Ink. Be one with The Blooper.

Playing with The Blooper is somewhat like playing a Storm deck. You try to fly under the radar of table by just playing Splicers and Goblin Electromancer, until you reach the critical mass of available mana and creatures on the board. At that point you can easily draw thirty cards, hit Act of Treason/Mark of Mutiny and win. Sigil Blessing is an absolute necessity because one you cast Sigil Blessing the math doesn't matter any more, you have enough power.

One thing that I don't abide with when I'm playing The Blooper is any Hexproof or Shroud on the table. I will absolutely Relic Crush just to take out two pairs of Lightning Greaves. And in the interest of fun, I don't run anything that could give The Blooper Hexproof, because if my opponents have figured a fun interaction with their cards then I've won as well. However, giving my creatures protection or flickering them to dodge a spell is not Hexproof.

One important thing to know is targeting restrictions and that The Bloopers controller owns all the spell copies. The Blooper will only make copies for legal targets, which is why "Target creature" and "Target creature you control" are very different things. I'm not running anything to put creatures on top of libraries, because with The Blooper that means that I decide the order the copies resolve and thus I take all my opponent's creatures and decide how their next draws are going to go, and for my group that feels too mean. If your group is more bloodthirsty go wild.

Also, amusingly, if an opponent casts a spell on your The Blooper that can only target an opponent's creature, the copies will go on the stack targeting all your other creatures. However, upon resolution, because you own the copies their targets will be illegal and they'll fizzle.
