Reanimation and combo are the name of the game. This deck uses several classic tutor-to-grave cards including Entomb, Buried Alive and Jarad's Orders to fetch combo pieces or assorted goodstuff, with an array of reanimation cards to make the Magic happen.

Some combos which have served the deck well include...

Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Triskelion to deal arbitrarily-high damage to anything by removing +1/+1 counters from Triskelion until it has only enough left to kill itself and triggering the Undying clause on Mikaeus, the Unhallowed to repeat the process indefinitely.

Necrotic Ooze + Phyrexian Devourer + Triskelion allows a similar result to the previous combo; by keeping the latter two in your graveyard, you can exile as much of your library as is necessary to generate the +1/+1 counters used to fuel the Triskelion Cannon.

Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon + The Mimeoplasm /Putrefax + The Mimeoplasm + any creature with enough power that your new infecto-plasm enters with enough +1/+1 counters to one-shot a player with Infect. This deck includes Death's Shadow as a creature that can be fetched for a particularly large amount of +1/+1 counters with The Mimeoplasm. Wonder and Filth + Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth can make these attacks particularly hard to dodge for your opponents.

I began this deck with the boxed "Devour for Power" set, and it has gradually evolved away from the milling strategies used therein to incorporate the more developed reanimation theme that you see here. This deck is ultimately still a work in progress, and I will continue to update it as I tweak it and acquire more cards.
