I love MTG art, and I love looking at real-world art from ancient to modern time. so I just decided to make a list of what cards I think look the best. I picked these cards that to me looked the most well detailed and have the most personality. I big thing I like to look for in card art is attention to center detail, Keeping the character or scenery in the center, I see that in a lot of old art, new art usually has that but has been straying away from the center point to just have artist make these beautiful scaled paintings and then cut them down to the focal point or points.
