For the longest time, I have wanted to build a deck around Earth Surge. I tried many times when it was in standard, and many more around the kitchen table with a less competitive crowd. So I dug this card up recently after a recent session with a play group that is less than competitive in hopes that it is a viable deck that brings some fun game play.
