Heres, I'll go through each card that I think needs changing and then give you some of my suggestions. I'm going to also assume that every creature is here for a reason, but if some are strictly better i'll tell you.

Blood Artist : Awesome, keep 4x

Bloodcrazed Neonate : Good for the strategy. There's probably better stuff to get turn 2, but she serves your purpose well and can be kept if you so desire.

Bloodthrone Vampire : A bomb with Gravecrawler , but otherwise not so useful. Bloodflow Connoisseur is more permanent but still both are suboptimal to your theme.

Diregraf Ghoul , card:Geralf's Messenger, Rakdos Cackler , Gravecrawler : Keep the full 4 of each. Maybe even add Vexing Devil for some turn 1 BOOM!

Pillar of Flame is kind of slow yet effective. If budget is not an issue, then Bonfire of the Damned is a good choice, and Flames of the Firebrand or Street Spasm clears the way for you to win.

Lands look good, but you won't normally have enough black for the messenger. It should probably be: 4x Dragonskull Summit , 4x Blood Crypt , 4x mountain if you need to, then 8x swamp.

Brimstone Volley is a wonderful win card, budget too. Fling seems like it will win you the game too a lot.

Fervor : blech. not worth the three mana you spend on it.

Tragic Slip : awesome, full 4.

SUGGESTIONS:

Hellrider will be your finisher, or Thundermaw Hellkite . Desecration Demon and Falkenrath Aristocrat but they are more expensive.

Curse of Stalked Prey is a good idea, yet it does happen to limit your messenger. I would play it if you have room.

Hope this helps. Also for some inspiration check out my deck The Standard Zombies and +1 it. I am giving this +1 because it is good and effective.

If you want to speed up your deck i would recomend mono red.

Stromkirk Noble is totally awesome, and grows every turn.

Tragic Slip is removal and i think its too slow, 4x Brimstone Volley is great.

Ash Zealot and Kruin Striker totally win games for me, because they put a ton of pressure on fast.

If you were to delve higher into red, Blood Artist is too slow and should be replaces with Stonewright , and Gore-House Chainwalker .

Just my two cents.

My RDW Hyper Aggro Deck - deck:mono-red-hyper-aggression

I have to agree to fit in Stromkirk Noble but I would take it further and try to fit in Splatter Thug 3/2 first strike is fairly agressive.

Although I am going to have to disagree with cartwheelnurd in board removal. To me, Mizzium Mortars will be the way to go if you can't afford Bonfire of the Damned . For 2 reasons,1 to hit 4 points of damage in full board costs less then Street Spasm and 2 it DOES it full board where Street Spasm only hits grounded creatures. Don't get me wrong though I agree with all his other points and suggestions, so I will give a plus 1 as well.

Cheers.

If you can afford it, having a few card:Rakdos's Return in here would really help I think. Even if you only play it for a small amount of mana, it is highly useful to have card advantage with a deck that runs lots of low drop creatures. Really the burn is just an added bonus. If you can use it for 5 mana, it makes them discard most, if not all, of their hand. That could be very good for you.

I will try to help you come up with a sideboard but it will take just a bit of time.
