I put all my effort into the ultimate Magic deck. No deck should be able to stand up to it.

Win Con: Get Storm Crow and play it ASAP. Use Chimney Imp as an alternate win con if nessecary.

Perfect game:

Turn 1 Black Lotus, sac for three blue, Storm Crow, use the floating blue on one of its abilities, it doesn't leave your mana pool when it's spent because of the Storm Crow, spend it infinitely, GG.

A ton of Vintage decks run Tibalt, the Fiend-Blooded in the sideboard as a 4-of to deal with Storm Crow, so you pull out all the crap cards like Mox Sapphire and Time Walk and replace them with Snow-Covered Islands. Your opponent will immediately see how much awesomeness your deck has and will concede. If they somehow don't, they'll see your Battle of Wits. They'll know that anyone who plays Vintage won't be stupid enough to play that without having more than 200 cards in your deck. Since they can't see 200, they'll assume you have invisible sleeves on some of your cards and concede due to not wanting to know what else your deck has going on. I mean, it has the Storm Crow + Floating Mana combo; who knows what your up to?

Here's a rundown though:

Ancestral Recall: I know that Divination is so much better but I'm on a budget here, the only expensive thing I can really use is Storm Crow. Helps get more cards, hopefully draw into Storm Crow

Black Lotus: Kinda sucks in most Vintage decks but works great here for the turn 1 combo.

Brainstorm: Helps get Storm Crow.

Chimney Imp : Alternate win con. Not as fast, but it'll have to do.

Dark Confidant: Helps get Storm Crow.

Demonic Consultation: Helps get Storm Crow.

Demonic Tutor: Helps get Storm Crow.

Force of Will: It usually only sees Standard play, but it works well here.

Gifts Ungiven: Grab Demonic Tutor, Vampiric Tutor, Imperial Seal and Chimney Imp . No matter what, you get to tutor for Crow, or if you don't have enough mana to go Demonic Tutor into Storm Crow, then Chimney Imp costs less. Profit!

Imperial Seal: Helps get Storm Crow.

Island: So OP.

Jace, the Mind Sculptor: Helps get Storm Crow, or slow the opponent. I know Channel into Fireball is a slow enough deck already, but always be ready.

Library of Alexandria: Helps get Storm Crow.

Lotus Petal: Much better than Black Lotus.

Mana Drain: Slow them down, plus get mana for Storm Crow.

Moxen: Basic lands are too expensive most of the time, so I have to use these stupid things.

Mystical Tutor: Find other tutors to fetch Storm Crow.

Necropotence: Helps get Storm Crow.

Polluted Delta: they cause me to lose life, triggering an alternate combo from Storm Crow.

Ponder: Helps get Storm Crow.

Storm Crow: You see, to everyone who criticizes Storm Crow as just being a 1/2 Flier for 2, step back and think of this from the philosophical perspective. Look to your left. Notice whatever's there, I don't care what it is. Maybe it's been there for ages, maybe it's new. Maybe you like it, maybe you don't. Either way, you might think you know everything about it. You don't. There might be something about it that you don't know that you don't know. Similarily. There might be a line on Storm Crow that you accidentally skipped over while reading. You can re-read it 100 times, but there's always the possibility you didn't read part of it correctly, or left out one of its abilities. You can never know for sure what abilities are on Storm Crow. Maybe it's a different word, but you read it wrong! Or maybe that's actually a sentence! You'll never know for sure. Perhaps this is the reason you're the only one who doesn't see Storm Crow's power. The lesson? Learn to read better...

Swamp: Helps get Storm Crow.

Thirst for Knowledge: Helps get Storm Crow.

Time Walk: Yes, I know it dies to removal, but it's good enough just as a singleton. Thinking of taking it out.

Timetwister: Helps get Storm Crow.

Underground Sea: Since basic lands are so frickin expensive, these have to do as a proxy till I get real ones.

Vampiric Tutor: Helps get Storm Crow.

Vendetta: Quick targeted removal to counter Emrakul. Targeted removal always hits Emrakul as long as Storm Crow is in your hand, so yeah.

Windfall: Helps get Storm Crow.

I'm new to Vintage, though I've spent a long time playing Casual, a much more competitive format, so I think I'll be good. Please playtest against this and see how it goes! (Remember that Storm Crow's ability says this deck will go first even if you roll higher.)

Maybe board is power cards I 'm trying to get right now and will put in ASAP.
