How to lose a friend in 10 turns:

Step 1) Set up card draw through Howling Mine

Step 2) Fog, Moment's Peace , AEtherize, Constant Mists or Tange all incoming attacks that endanger you. Hilarity.

Step 3) Mill with Jace, Memory Adept , Jace's Erasure or Increasing Confusion .

Step 4) Find a new playgroup

This is a budget TurboFog deck that I use to play with my friends, mostly in 2HG. It's Win con is mill, however it is playing to draw out games rather than mill fast, as a Dimir build would.

If I didn't have a budget, I would fix the mana (Hinterland Harbor and/or Breeding Pool) first, then go for a couple of Tamiyo, the Moon Sage and a full playset of Snapcaster Mages + Voidslimes.

Please, if you have any suggestions, leave a note so that I can improve this deck. I still have trouble with a friend's discard deck.
