Ayli Cleric Tribal

Formerly Athreos, just before Ayli was announced. Athreos is still in the deck, as he helps with politics/reanimator.

DRINK!

Lifegain -- this deck has a lot of it and ways to exploit it. Be it draw ( Erebos, God of the Dead ), Recursion ( Phyrexian Reclamation ) or just getting it back when things go wrong ( Tainted Sigil ). Ayli herself obviously helps here and you can use her second ability once your life is high enough.

We also run Beacon of Immortality and Rhox Faithmender as a double down on double up!

GIRLS!

Soul Sisters! Again, lifegain but with the clerics we have some interesting options:

Battletide Alchemist -- Damage? No.

Daru Spiritualist -- If you use Ayli to lifegain, Daru gives your clerics some extra junk in the trunk to drink up.

Devout Chaplain -- For a priest, she sure loves exiling Gods... And indestructible artifacts, obviously.

Ancestor's Prophet -- A fat-bottomed cleric who can kick up your life total if you have a lot of sit-around creatures like Fiend Hunter or Weathered Wayfarer .

Mother of Runes and Devoted Caretaker -- Protection! Always handy.

Doomed Necromancer -- Just in case Athreos isn't around.

Edgewalker -- A little reduction never hurt anyone...

Doubtless One -- ...Or maybe you want to binge on creatures and go a little crazy!

FECK OFF!

Destruction and Exile -- Be it Oblivion Ring , Utter End or Ayli's second ability.

We also run a set of life drainers -- Exsanguinate , Debt to the Deathless , and Death Grasp as non-creature finishers. Whether or not you have the mana open to cast them is the problem, hence Cabal Coffers + Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth and Crypt Ghast to add mana, not to mention Black Market .

Two other win-cons are Felidar Sovereign and Test of Endurance -- Just live that long and you're laughing!
