Historic means saga right?

This is a control build utilizing sagas and superfriends to lock down the board or get draw value. Pretty resilient. Winrate is currently 5-0.

Note that Rona's 2nd ability allows you to cast anything, even non-historic cards. Best play so far was activating Rona in response, and topdecking a counterspell.

Jace, the Living Guildpact + Liliana Vess functions as an Entomb, which you then can reuse Rona to cast whatever you tutored.

Wincon: Teferi, Temporal Archmage + The Chain Veil

Tezzeret the Seeker does a good imitation if you have a rock that taps for 3. Not infinite but it does the job well.

Jace, the Living Guildpact Ulti doesnt win you on the spot, but it deletes opponents hands and graveyard, putting them into topdeck mode. Combined with the control elements, you can simply bounce or counter whatever they topdeck anyway.

Kiora Bests the Sea God + Thrull Parasite is a hard lock on 1 opponent, while generating hexproof krakens each turn
