Everything here except a few blue spells will cost you 0 mana. With this deck, the idea is simple. Dump you hand onto the battlefield as soon as you have tons of artifacts in your hand and 2 Islands then cast Broodstar as at least a 15/15, then you just overwhelm your opponent. They'll barely even know what hit em'. Just imagine: You only have 2 Islands and say, A Library of Leng on the field. You're opponent probably thinks you're colourscrewed. Then, suddenly after they're mostly tapped out, maybe with 4 mana left (which is nowhere NEAR tapped out), you hit em with 2 Memnites, a Shield Sphere, 2 Tooth of Chiss-Goria, 4 Ornithopters, A welding Jar, a Frogmite, 3 Barricade Breakers, 2 Spellbooks, and a 16/16. Oh, they'll just use a Shatterstorm, right? THINK AGAIN! You still have a couple handy Metallic Rebukes! Take that! Basically
