Ideally, Thassa is always a creature thanks to heavy blue use and lot of cheap creatures/enchantments.

Thassa allows creatures that have combat damage triggered effects to go off, or just lets herself in for commander damage.

I tried to add in a good bit of stealing from my opponent's decks/libraries/battlefields so that the deck scales well to my opponents and hopefully I can take care of the worst they have by just stealing it.

Bigger creatures included for late game, or early game surprise if Nykthos, caged sun, or extraplanar lens gets out early enough.
