Trying to make mono-blue devotion work in some form in standard. There are still some very powerful cards in the format for this.

Need some suggestions. Maybe there are some cards that have been over looked. This is the most consistent form of the deck we have found from testing. Saw potential for getting devotion from enchantments, due to less board wipes, and enchantment removal going around.
