This deck is a U/B Control/burn meant for stalling and slowly burning out your opponent. With Tezzeret's simulacrum and underhanded designs, you will quickly find yourself pinging your opponent to death. Lots of counters and not a lot of removal; your goal is to keep your simulacrums alive for the win. Underhanded designs can be used for emergency removal if needed. Dramatic reversal has a 2-fold effect of providing emergency blockers or giving you a sudden unexpected win.

Tezzeret can power Underhanded designs by himself, as you can crack the +1 cell on the trigger's stack. -2 can win you the game, as you can easily pump an ornithopter to +4 or higher, and his -7 will win you the game if it goes long enough.
