The way this deck plays is pretty straight forward. I mill myself (hopefully I have Hermit Druid, Mesmeric Orb, or Buried Alive/ Entomb, etc.) and then reanimate. The top 3 creatures I usually try to reanimate are Sheoldred, Whispering One, Avacyn, Angel of Hope, and Iona, Shield of Emeria. I'll grab something other than Iona if it wouldn't have a huge effect or if it's a casual game and I don't want to be a jerk. Those 3 give me strong board positions, but I'll grab something else if I need to answer a specific problem. All of my creatures answer something specific from my opponents, and I love that I get to just throw them in my graveyard and bring them back. It's like stacking my deck, but legal.

Sheoldred is usually the first to come out to start bringing other creatures back to life as well as putting early game board pressure on my opponents so they can't keep creatures long enough to attack and/or combo. Avacyn is my first choice to bring back with Sheoldred as she secures my board pretty well.

Against decks relying heavily on one color (such as a few decks in my group; mono blue Azami and black/blue Grimgrin) Iona is obviously very strong.

Hermit Druid and Mesmeric Orb are extremely good in this deck and instant targets when they hit the field. Aside from Buried Alive and Entomb, they are the best way to fill my graveyard. If anyone knows of cards similar to them I would be very happy to learn of them.
