I've run a fairly casual thopter deck since Origins came into standard, but recently, its win rate has gone from a solid 50/50 to 10/90, so I've been looking to improve and get rid of the things I've been meaning to drop for a while now. For comparison, this is the old Thopter Copters.

The goal of this deck is pretty much thopters. Thopters everywhere. As a bonus, if I get the right cards out, suddenly, the thopters erupt into really, really angry dragons.

Unfortunately, I've gotten to a point where I've become really indecisive about what's actually useful any more, and I could really use help with sorting things out. Do I even need Jace? Do I want more Impact Tremors? Do I want the dragon laughtrack? The frogs?

I'm looking to keep this blue/red, but if it turns out there's far better ways to do this with other colours, I'd love to know. Just please don't suggest Khans or Fate cards, as I don't want to have to rebuild this deck again in three months except to possibly add in Innistrad cards.
